1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MD Outdoor Pros website (mdoutdoorpros.com), submitting a project request, or otherwise interacting with any service we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Axiom Core LLC, the company that owns and operates the MD Outdoor Pros platform. “MD Outdoor Pros,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Axiom Core LLC and the MD Outdoor Pros brand.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as described in Section 16. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

MD Outdoor Pros is a homeowner-facing platform that helps Maryland homeowners begin the process of planning outdoor home improvement projects and get introduced to a local contractor who may be suited to help them.

We are not a contractor, general contractor, subcontractor, construction company, or home improvement company. We do not perform any construction, installation, demolition, or home improvement work of any kind. We do not supervise, direct, inspect, or guarantee any work performed by any contractor. We do not control the means or methods by which contractors perform their work.

Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between homeowners and independent contractors. Once an introduction is made, the relationship exists solely between the homeowner and the contractor.

MD Outdoor Pros currently focuses on outdoor home improvement projects including patios, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, walkways, and backyard transformations. We may expand into additional project types and service categories over time. These Terms apply to all services we offer, now and in the future.

3. Eligibility

By using this platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are a homeowner, property manager, or a person legally authorized to arrange or authorize home improvement work at the property described in your project request
The property in question is located in the state of Maryland, or you are a Maryland resident seeking services in Maryland
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
All information you submit through the platform is accurate, complete, and truthful

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a project request, or terminate access to the platform for any reason, including if we have reason to believe that the eligibility requirements above are not met.

4. How the Matching Process Works

When you submit a project request through MD Outdoor Pros, the following process applies:

You submit information about your project, including project type, location, timeline, budget range, and any other details you choose to provide.
We may contact you — by phone, email, or text message — to gather additional information about your project, clarify your needs, or answer questions. Some of these communications may be automated or AI-assisted. See Section 8 for more information.
Based on your project type, service area, and overall fit, we identify one contractor we believe may be appropriate for your project.
We share your project information with that one contractor.
If the initial contractor is unavailable or the match does not proceed, we will contact you before sharing your information with a different contractor.

We do not sell, auction, or broadcast your project information to multiple contractors simultaneously. Your information is shared with only one contractor at a time, as described above.

All decisions about contractor selection are made by MD Outdoor Pros based on the factors described above. We make no representation that any particular contractor is the best or most qualified option for your project.

5. No Guarantee of a Match

We do not guarantee that we will be able to match every homeowner with a contractor. Contractor availability depends on many factors outside our control, including geographic service area, project type, current workload, and scheduling constraints.

If we are unable to identify a suitable match for your project, we will inform you. We have no obligation to maintain a contractor network of any specific size, coverage area, or availability level, and our inability to provide a match does not give rise to any claim against MD Outdoor Pros.

6. Relationship Between Homeowners, Contractors, and MD Outdoor Pros

6.1 Independent Platform

MD Outdoor Pros is an independent platform. We are not an employer of contractors, a staffing agency, a general contractor, a subcontractor, a broker, a negotiating agent, or a representative of either homeowners or contractors. We do not hold any license to perform home improvement work, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.

6.2 Independent Contractor Status

Contractors who receive homeowner introductions through MD Outdoor Pros are independent businesses operating on their own behalf. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of MD Outdoor Pros or Axiom Core LLC. MD Outdoor Pros exercises no control over how contractors price their services, how they perform work, how they interact with homeowners, or how they run their businesses.

6.3 No Party to Project Agreements

Once a homeowner and contractor agree to work together, any agreement governing scope of work, pricing, payment terms, change orders, scheduling, warranties, project completion, or any other aspect of the engagement exists solely between the homeowner and the contractor. MD Outdoor Pros is not a party to those agreements, has no obligations under them, and derives no rights from them.

6.4 Disputes Are Between Homeowners and Contractors

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to a construction or home improvement project — including but not limited to workmanship quality, defective work, incomplete work, property damage, personal injury, delays, pricing disagreements, payment disputes, lien claims, or breach of contract — is a matter solely between the homeowner and the contractor. MD Outdoor Pros has no obligation to participate in, mediate, arbitrate, or resolve any such dispute.

7. Homeowner Responsibilities

By using this platform, you acknowledge that you retain full responsibility for the decisions you make in connection with your home improvement project. This includes, without limitation:

Independently evaluating any contractor introduced through MD Outdoor Pros before deciding whether to hire them
Requesting, reviewing, and verifying contractor license information directly from the contractor and through applicable Maryland licensing databases
Requesting and reviewing proof of contractor insurance, including general liability and workers’ compensation coverage, before work begins
Requesting and reviewing references or prior work examples from the contractor
Reviewing any written estimate, proposal, or contract before agreeing to any work
Entering into a direct, written agreement with the contractor that clearly defines the scope of work, total price, payment schedule, change order process, and project completion terms
Obtaining any required permits and ensuring the project complies with applicable local and state building codes, where applicable or as required
Making your own independent decision about whether to hire any particular contractor
Supervising access to your property and monitoring work as you see fit
Resolving any disputes, concerns, or issues that arise directly with the contractor

MD Outdoor Pros does not verify, confirm, or guarantee any information provided by contractors, including information about licensing, insurance, experience, or qualifications. You assume full responsibility for evaluating that information independently.

8. AI-Assisted Communications

MD Outdoor Pros may use automated systems and artificial intelligence as part of how we communicate with homeowners and manage the matching process. This may include:

Automated confirmations acknowledging receipt of your project request
AI-assisted follow-up messages to gather additional project information or clarify your needs
Automated tools that help assess project scope and assist in identifying an appropriate match
Automated scheduling tools to coordinate calls or callbacks

These tools are used to help us operate efficiently and respond to homeowners quickly. They do not independently make final decisions about contractor matching, business outcomes, or legal matters. Human review may occur at various stages of the process.

By submitting a project request, you consent to receiving automated text messages and emails from MD Outdoor Pros in connection with your project inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. If you do not wish to receive automated text messages, reply STOP to any text message from us.

If you prefer to communicate only with a person, you may contact us using the information in Section 17 and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate that request.

9. User Content

You may submit information to MD Outdoor Pros through forms, messages, photo uploads, and other input fields (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

The information is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
You have the right to submit it
Your submission does not violate any third party’s rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
Your submission does not contain defamatory, fraudulent, or unlawful content

By submitting User Content, you grant Axiom Core LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display the content solely for purposes of operating the platform and providing the matching service. We do not claim ownership of User Content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information you provide, and you agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from such information as described in Section 14.

We may remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

The MD Outdoor Pros website, platform, brand, name, logo, design elements, written content, software, and all other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Axiom Core LLC. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any portion of the MD Outdoor Pros platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as a homeowner for the purposes described herein.

The “MD Outdoor Pros” name, logo, and related brand assets are proprietary to Axiom Core LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the MD Outdoor Pros platform only for its intended purpose: submitting a genuine home improvement project request and engaging with the matching process in good faith.

You agree not to:

Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading project information
Submit a project request on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
Impersonate any person, business, or entity
Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than seeking a legitimate contractor match for your own property
Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the operation of the platform or its servers or networks
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, its backend systems, databases, or related infrastructure
Introduce viruses, worms, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful code or material
Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the platform using automated tools or manual means without our written permission
Use the platform in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, contractors, or the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MD OUTDOOR PROS AND AXIOM CORE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

THE SERVICES, WORKMANSHIP, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, OR CONDUCT OF ANY CONTRACTOR INTRODUCED THROUGH THE PLATFORM

THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CONTRACTORS, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT LICENSING, INSURANCE, EXPERIENCE, OR QUALIFICATIONS

THE FITNESS OR SUITABILITY OF ANY CONTRACTOR FOR ANY PARTICULAR PROJECT

ANY PROJECT OUTCOME, TIMELINE, COST ESTIMATE, OR RESULT

THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY A CONTRACTOR

THE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE OR PLATFORM

THE ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING COST GUIDES, PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS, OR PLANNING INFORMATION

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ANY MATCHING SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS ELIMINATES OR LIMITS ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE MARYLAND OR FEDERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED OR DISCLAIMED AS A MATTER OF LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MD OUTDOOR PROS, AXIOM CORE LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY:

ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE CONDUCT, ACTS, OMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE, OR MISCONDUCT OF ANY CONTRACTOR

PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

DEFECTIVE, INCOMPLETE, ABANDONED, OR UNSATISFACTORY WORK

ANY PAYMENT DISPUTE BETWEEN A HOMEOWNER AND A CONTRACTOR, INCLUDING ANY LIEN CLAIMS FILED AGAINST A HOMEOWNER’S PROPERTY

INACCURATE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY A HOMEOWNER OR CONTRACTOR

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES

PLATFORM OUTAGES, ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS, OR FAILURE TO DELIVER A MATCH

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MD Outdoor Pros, Axiom Core LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the platform in any manner
Any information you submit that is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and a contractor, including claims for property damage, personal injury, breach of contract, or nonpayment
Your violation of any provision of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct in connection with any project or your use of the platform

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses. This indemnification obligation survives any termination of your use of the platform or of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to any conflict of law rules or principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concern related to your use of the platform before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or the matching services that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or our responsibilities — we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting a prominent announcement on our website or sending an email to the address we have on file for you.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should discontinue your use of the platform.
